Consisting of 253 dwellings, Woodlands Park is a residential development that adheres to the principles and standards of the Essex Design Guide. The various house types follow the local vernacular with both brick and render-finishes, with properties range from one-bedroom apartments to six-bedroom family homes.
 
Careful consideration for the site arrangement has resulted in an organic layout where plots are positioned in pleasant street frontages, whilst retaining privacy . The landscaping is also a key feature of the project; open green space has been incorporated around the site, and planting throughout reflects the semi-rural setting of the development.
 
The scheme has won a number of NHBC “Pride in the Job” awards, most recently a regional Quality Award in 2019. Woodlands Park is due for completion in 2021.
