This former Fujitsu office, built in 1982, was bought by Land Charter in 2014. At the time, it was severely dilapidated, and John Finch Partnership were employed to secure planning permission to convert the existing office to residential use, and design an exciting new apartment complex that rejuvenated the building.
The building now accommodates more than 140 apartments over eight storeys, complete with a restored internal courtyard.
