This scheme is a purpose-built factory and headquarters for Lavenham Leisure, manufacturers of equestrian sportswear, outerwear and leisure clothing.

The total floor area amounts to 3,000 square metres, arranged with offices to the front of the building, and a large open-plan production area beyond. Natural lighting was an important factor in this design, and so large areas of glazing are incorporated throughout the building.
