A development of fourteen dwellings of 2-5 bedrooms, terrace and detached house types from planning to construction stage, formed a logical connection to the village of Great Braxted. The design of the dwellings reflected the traditional Essex vernacular, with the houses finished with clay brick, render and tiled roofs, and set back from the road behind a landscaped green.
