John Finch Partnership were delighted to work with Land Charter to convert the prestigious Pearson Group Headquarters, originally designed by Sir Terence Conran, into 253 residential apartments.

 

This development provides six floors of one- and two-bed accommodation, arranged around three central atria. On the top floor, the main atrium leads to a spectacular conservatory and roof terrace, with views across the River Stort, parkland and local countryside.

 

John Finch Partnership secured planning permission for this conversion using Prior Approval and Permitted Development, along with consent for an additional eight apartments built on two former top-floor roof gardens.
